Once upon a time there was  an NGO that new they had to innovate to attract new supporter groups, but didn't know where to start.

Based on the Innoboost Co-Create & Validate approach, we designed the Value Proposition Process, gathered customer insights, created some strong value propositions, and interacted with millennials to select the best idea.
