Expanding the collaboration with INSEAD, Lieke again joined the Phoenix Encounter workshop for C-level execs, this time in her hometown, Singapore. This workshop challenges executives to rethink their strategies by taking a disruptive lens. Especially since the business world is in full-on disruption mode everywhere, and only the wisest, most advanced leaders can see their companies through it all, according to INSEAD. And as regulations tighten, managing sustainability as a risk is essential, yet the actual value lies in its potential to unlock new growth avenues, deepen loyalty, and foster resilience.
Based on Innoboost's experience with leading global players, Lieke helped these leaders to take sustainability into account and explore how to move from risk to opportunity, from complying to creating value and transforming systems. Systems in which businesses are resilient and able to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
